It is the sole purpose of the Calcasieu Council on Aging to assist older adults in order to remain independant in their own homes.

CCOA is a non profit service organization comprised of professional and skilled employees trained to efectively and efficiently administer and provide support services, education, and recreation to Calcasieu Parish residents. CCOA receives limited funding from state, federal, and local monies. There is no fee for any of our services provided. However, contributions are accepted and play a huge role in the continuation of services.
